It is a delivered Application Engine program which is used to generate a report showing the row count of PeopleSoft Tables. During Application Upgrade, it is automatically upgraded by Change Assistant & UPGCOUNT.LIS report file is generated with the list of PeopleSoft Tables with their row count.
Change Assistant Step: 'Reviewing Table Row Counts' Executes.
Syntax:
psae -CT DBTYPE -CD DBNAME -CO OPRID -CP OPRPSWD -R RUNCNTLID -AE UPGCOUNT
The result is a .LIS file that gets created in c:\temp.
